Born in early 2020, 28hadid embraces Asset Management services, Editorial projects, Consulting and Coaching, bringing together professionals with more than 20 years of experience across the US, EU, UK and APAC.

28hadid incorporated as an LLC in the United States in August 2025 and operates from New York City.

Editorial Projects

  • Creator of the registered podcast “The Future of Value Chains”, which generated more than 120,000 engagements during Season 1.
  • The project has expanded into a book distributed worldwide and an international roadshow reaching London, New York City, Madrid and Rome.
  • Season 2 is currently planned for Fall 2026.

  • More than 20 years of experience in M&A, Supply Chain and Industrial Management, with over 100 clients served across APAC, Europe and the United States.
  • Expertise in industrial value creation, M&A integration and divestitures, and AI assessment and integration.
  • Experience includes support for the Serbian Union of Industrials and the Singapore Government, as well as collaborations with think tanks and universities including MIT, UCL, the University of Bologna and Istituto Olivetti.
  • Head hunting, mentoring and professional network services leveraging more than 10,000 international connections.

  • Private Equity lower-middle-market services, restructuring and turnaround activities in collaboration with New York-based US Family Offices. More than 20 PE funds served globally.
  • Value creation activities supporting buyouts and lower-middle-market portfolio companies, with more than 50 companies served.
  • Investing, co-investing and managing US SBA Loan opportunities, supporting the transition of lower-market businesses from the silver generation to new ownership.
  • Currently expanding the investment footprint across the US East Coast.
